Our Boot Camp Fitness Classes in Waterloo, IL take all the thinking, planning, deciding and wondering out of the equation and you just walk in the door and we take over from there! Truly, just show up in some exercise clothes with some clean tennis shoes and you have done your part! We know that just showing up is the hardest part, so we got the rest!
We incorporate cardiovascular exercises like running, jumping, boxing, and spinning as well as weight training exercises to help build your lean body mass and help increase your bone density. Our workouts are designed by National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainers. Everyday is different with our intent to challenge and work your entire body.
We have members of all ages, shapes, sizes, and ability levels. We have members that are unable to participate in high impact exercises, or that may be limited in other areas, and they are still able to get the full benefit from our programming.
During your first boot camp exercise class you may feel uncoordinated, silly, and like you are getting hit repeatedly by a bus 😀 This is a time to just move your body and show yourself some grace. It gets easier, I promise! Before long you will be addicted to the way exercising makes you feel empowered! You will sweat, laugh, grunt, and cuss a little, but you will find your inner god or goddess along the way.
THE FAST FITNESS SUCCESS STEP BY STEP PROCESS
STEP 1.
When you walk in the door, you’ll be greeted by some friendly, albeit crazy people who will welcome you and tell you not to be afraid. Everyone has had their “first time” here and remembers the feelings of nervousness, anxiousness, shyness, and awkwardness! Trust me, we all felt that way!
STEP 2.
Eventually the coach will start explaining the workout and warming up your body so that you can safely perform the workout! You will then move through a series of stations that are all set up for you. Everyday is different with our intent to challenge and work your entire body.
STEP 3.
We will tell you what to do, and how many times to do it throughout the entire duration of the class! About half way through we all take a quick water break then finish up-30 minutes total! When the class is done, we stretch you out and send you home! See, easy peasy!

Spin Class at Fast Fitness
Want a serious cardio, sweat dripping workout? Give Spinning a try! Spinning incorporates everything you need for a great workout. You will be lead through uphill climbs, burst of speed, jumps and short recovery periods with various playlists. Spin classes are often completed in the dark to allow you to remain focused on your ride.
Spinning offers a low impact, high calorie burn workout option. You not only get a cardio burn, but gain strength and muscular endurance! You will notice these gains in other workouts as well as everyday life! You will gain muscular endurance in your quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves; all of which will strengthen the surrounding bones, tendons and ligaments increasing overall core strength and ultimate conditioning.

Yoga’s deep spiritual teachings allow us to find a balanced, centered state of being. A continuous practice has profound benefits of discovery, leading to a more meaningful existence by fostering a release of attachments, egoism, fear, and therefore suffering. By quieting the mind, and activating the parasympathetic nervous system, we liberate ourselves from a state of fight, freeze, or flight to a state of rest, digest, and heal. Embracing yoga opens up opportunities for quality sleep and rest, productivity and creativity, and the ability to respond instead of react to daily stressors.
Here at Fast Fitness Boot Camp, our yoga sessions use breathwork, meditation, and asanas to help facilitate recovery and relaxation. We use slow flow practices to balance out the rapid, high energy classes offered throughout the week. The added advantages of concentration and flexibility through intentional movement that accompanies the practice allows for growth in our fitness, as well as health and wellness, goals. The incorporation of yoga allows our members a chance to find stillness, presence, joy, and more energy, resulting in healthier and happier lives, in and outside of our yoga studio near me.

Coach Andrea started her journey at Fast Fitness as a part-time coach while working as a licensed clinical social worker. As a mom of three, she was overly busy trying to do it all. She came to realize that what she really wanted to do was to coach and mentor in the health and fitness field full time. She got clear with her goals and quit her job, deciding to commit her energy to being a full time coach! She has never been more fulfilled or felt more like she was in the right place doing exactly what she does best…help people live their best lives. Lucky for all of us, she has incredible counseling tools from her first profession that she can share with the world in their quest for wellness. The journey now calls her to combine both of these loves in a more holistic approach. She understands the importance of mindset when it comes to creating sustainable healthy lifelong habits. She will work with you to create a plan that is made just for you while exploring your mindset traps that sabotage those efforts.
